When you have completed the Animal Summary information, and the Protocol is ready to approve, click on the Approve button, as shown below.
Users Ethics Rights can modify an ongoing protocol to update and make modifications in an Active Protocol. This allows approved amendments to be made without the need of creating another duplicate Protocol, while maintaining and displaying the History of changes via a History tab. Changes permitted include modifying all details, the status, number of approved animals, approval periods (scheduled dates), take notes and add attachments.
